Yes. We provide a structured CSV import tool for patient demographics and basic records. Our onboarding team can also assist with custom data migration from spreadsheets or legacy systems as part of the Professional and Enterprise plans.

MSOptiq+ is primarily a web-based system, but it is designed to handle low-bandwidth environments gracefully. Enterprise customers can also opt for an on-premise deployment for full offline capability.

There's no concurrent user limit — all staff accounts can access the system simultaneously without restriction.
